Product Details Description
Hanyuan New Materials uses internationally advanced vacuum hot pressing and sintering technology to produce hexagonal boron nitride ceramic products. These products possess excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, and chemical stability. They have no distinct melting point and can be used in an inert gas atmosphere at temperatures up to 2300℃, and in an oxygen atmosphere up to 900℃ without oxidation. The coefficient of thermal expansion of hexagonal boron nitride is comparable to that of quartz, but its thermal conductivity is ten times that of quartz.
Product Features and Advantages
1. Uses internationally advanced high-temperature boron nitride raw materials to ensure material purity and high-temperature performance.
2. Employs cold isostatic pressing and bidirectional pressure hot pressing and sintering technology, resulting in high material density and long service life.
3. Stable and mature production technology and processes, without the addition of any binders, ensuring material stability.
